Wagen hat jeder schon einmal gehört,
doch wo findet man ihn? Und kann ich
eigentlich mein „Sternzeichen“ auch am
Himmel finden? Welcher der vielen
Sterne ist vielleicht ein Planet? Am
24. Oktober 2020 laden <a
moz-do-not-send="true"
href="https://astronomietag.de/">Sternwarten
und Astronomievereine in ganz Deutschland</a>
dazu ein, genau diese Fragen zu beantworten
– und die Welt der Sterne mit den eigenen
Augen zu erkunden. In der Volkssternwarte
können Sie an diesem Abend zusätzlich hinter
die Kulissen schauen und zum Beispiel unsere
Werkstätten besichtigen. Sobald es abends
dunkel wird, leuchtet der zunehmende
Halbmond tief über dem südlichen
Horizont. Rechts vom Mond findet man die
Planeten Saturn und Jupiter. Links vom Mond,
in Richtung Osten, leuchtet hell der rote
Planet Mars. Mars ist jetzt recht nah,
besonders hell und im Teleskop sehr gut zu
erkennen. Die fernen und lichtschwachen
Planeten Neptun und Uranus sind rechts bzw.
links von Mars zu finden – aber nur mit
einem Fernglas oder Fernrohr.</p>
